Terms and Conditions for voting for the new doughnut you would like to see in our range.
What is this voting process for?
- We are giving our fans the chance to vote for a new doughnut concept they will see in our stores later this year.
- There is no prize for voter
How can a vote for my doughnut of choice be made?
- Voting is available online at promos.krispykreme.co.uk/the-mystery-doughnut-flavours/
- Voters can place their vote electronically by selecting the appropriate button.
- Voting will close on 19th January 2020 at midnight. Voting times may be subject to change. Changes will be notified on the webpage. Votes must be placed and verified within the valid voting period in order to be eligible to be counted.
- Only one vote per flavour will be counted, multiple votes for a flavour will not be counted.
- Krispy Kreme reserves the right to discount votes or suspend voting if it has reasons to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
- Krispy Kreme cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or other problem with any online system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered and recorded.
- If for any reason the voting system fails, the vote may be suspended or a contingency plan may be actioned. Krispy Kreme’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.
- Voting totaliser will be updated daily.
How is the vote decided?
- The four doughnut varieties that receive the greatest number of eligible votes will win. Final flavours will be rotated in during the duration of the campaign between 14th April and 31st May.
- If the number of eligible votes results in a tie, Krispy Kreme will decide which of the doughnuts to launch that are in tied position.
- Krispy Kreme’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final.
- Imagery shown on the voting microsite is conceptual and not reflective of final look of the doughnuts that will be launched.
